We are currently seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Partner / Operations Manager with expertise in project management to join our team and help us take our business to the next level. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a combination of remote and in-person work. The compensation package will be based on the results of your work and include the opportunity to earn equity in the business once it stabilizes.

Responsibilities, Qualifications, and Application Process:

  1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the physical and online stores, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
  3. Manage and motivate staff, providing training and development opportunities as needed.
  4. Collaborate closely with the business owner to align on strategic objectives and drive business success.
  5. Utilize project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor various business projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  6. Optimize inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient stock turnover.
  7. Enhance the company's online presence by improving the website's user experience and implementing effective digital marketing strategies.
  8. Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
  9. Develop and manage the company's budget, ensuring cost control and financial stability.
  10. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  11. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.


  1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the furniture industry.
  2. Strong business acumen and understanding of retail operations, sales, and marketing.
  3. Demonstrated expertise in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to develop and implement innovative strategies to drive business growth.
  6. Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing is highly desirable.
  7. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  8. Proficient in inventory management and financial planning.
  9. Willingness to take on a results-based compensation package and invest in the long-term success of the business.
  10. Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.
